When the 29-story occupied, condominium building Cosmopolitan on the Park realized its entire mechanical system would need to be replaced, Braun Development Services was selected to shepherd the project from intermittent but systemic failures through recommissioning. We established an evaluation and selection criteria for design-build contractors, managed the community communication and coordination, and brought the project through a turbulent design and preparation period - including a complex Owner Controlled Insurance Program, coordination and access to every condominium and commercial space, and support of a drawn out construction defect lawsuit.
